B. 4455 - “A Bill to amend and reenact §60-4-3a and §60-4-3b of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the sale of alcohol by licensed manufacturers; authorizing distilleries and mini-distilleries to make retail sales of alcoholic liquors manufactured by the distillery or mini-distillery for consumption off the premises on Sundays; authorizing earlier retail sales by licensed wineries and farm wineries on Sundays; pertaining to the time of allowed retail sales by licensed manufacturers on Sundays; pertaining to the times complimentary samples may be offered on premises of licensed manufacturer on Sundays; and authorizing mini-distilleries which manufacture less than fifty thousand gallons of alcoholic liquor per year to seek and hold a separate license to operate a private club on the premises of the mini-distillery,”
